Property and Analytic Tool

Our AVM experience, dating to 2000, now features a database with over 40 million property transactions. Our property and analytic tool, ValueMark, is an AVM designed to address the needs of customers in a changing environment where property values are rapidly evolving. ValueMark is accessible through our user interface or by direct and indirect web service. In addition, ValueMark can be embedded into our mortgage application fraud prevention tool, FraudMark, which provides a more complete fraud review across multiple aspects of a mortgage.
 

Property Value and Confidence Level

ValueMark returns a property value, which was recently redeveloped to account for new
market trends,  together with a measure of confidence.


Our model has a wide variety of uses for front-end risk, asset management as well as collections and investigations. ValueMark can be leveraged to:

  • Validate new mortgage applications
  • Highlight anomalies at mortgage origination and within a loan portfolio
  • Uncover hidden buy-to-lets masquerading as residential loans
  • Back-book analysis to re-value portfolios
  • Provide an overview of the socio-demographics of the local area and house price trends for the last 10 years
